Wut, Schmerz, verletzte Gef\u00fchle, Entt\u00e4uschungen \u2013 all das kann Gedanken ausl\u00f6sen, die nicht in unser \u201eLichtbild\u201c passen. In dieser Folge spreche ich dar\u00fcber, warum das v\u00f6llig normal ist, warum niemand sich daf\u00fcr sch\u00e4men sollte und wieso genau diese Momente der Beginn echter Schattenarbeit sein k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2153\" data-end=\"2446\">Ich erkl\u00e4re, wie dunkle Gedanken entstehen, weshalb sie uns so stark beeinflussen und wie man verhindert, dass sie sich festsetzen.
